NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings rates the reopening of the 2021 senior notes of Automotores Gildemeister S.A.'s (AG) issuance of up to USD100 million 'BB (exp)'. The reopening carries the same rating as the original deal (USD300 million senior notes due in 2021).
